Terms of Use

SAS (ساس) operates a bilingual membership platform that helps people register, exchange, and grow community assets. "SAS", "we", and "us" refer to the organization; "you" refers to the member or visitor.

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use SAS. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

When you publish a listing, you confirm that you have the right to offer or request the asset, and that the details are accurate. Listings may be reviewed before they appear publicly, and SAS may decline or remove listings that breach these Terms.

SAS provides a platform to connect members; it is not a party to agreements made between members and does not guarantee any transaction, asset condition, or outcome. Members are responsible for their own due diligence.

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity; no posting of content you do not have the right to share; no harassment of other members; and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant SAS a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform. SAS branding, design, and software remain the property of SAS.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from dealings between members.

You may stop using SAS at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put members at risk.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
