To create and manage your account, publish your listings, connect you with other members, verify identity where needed, communicate with you, and improve and secure the platform.

Your published listings and your display name are visible to others. Your contact details are only revealed to a signed-in member when they choose to contact you about a listing. Verification documents are private and are not shown to other members.

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to host data and run the platform (for example, our database and hosting providers), who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

We use access controls and other measures to protect your information. Verification documents are stored privately and accessed only through short-lived, signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
