Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp); profile information you add (location, organization, assets, skills); listings you publish; verification documents you upload; and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

To create and manage your account, publish your listings, connect you with other members, verify identity where needed, communicate with you, and improve and secure the platform.

Your published listings and your display name are visible to others. Your contact details are only revealed to a signed-in member when they choose to contact you about a listing. Verification documents are private and are not shown to other members.

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to host data and run the platform (for example, our database and hosting providers), who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

We measure page views and loading performance so we can tell whether the site works on the devices and connections our members actually use. Two services do this. Vercel, who host the site, report loading speed and page views without using cookies. Google Analytics reports how people move through the site, and it does set cookies in your browser — a randomly generated identifier that lets Google recognise the same browser on a later visit, kept for up to two months. What is recorded is the page visited, the referring site, an approximate location from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how quickly the page rendered. We have not enabled Google's advertising features, so this is not used to target ads at you, and neither service is linked to your SAS account. If you would rather not be counted, most browsers can block these cookies, and browser extensions that block Google Analytics work normally on this site.

We use access controls and other measures to protect your information. Verification documents are stored privately and accessed only through short-lived, signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and update your profile, manage or remove your listings, delete verification documents, and change your password at any time. To request access to or deletion of your account data, contact us at info@sas-sd.com.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
