Since 2023, Hatim has also worked in a private capacity as an independent strategic adviser to international organizations and companies, supporting institutional engagement, investment advisory, and selected confidential due diligence assignments.

Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in commercial operations, livestock, and international trade. He co-founded Centaur Trade & Services Inc. in Houston, Texas, and later co-founded the Agribusiness Assembly in Khartoum, bringing together businesses, farmers, policymakers, and development organizations around agribusiness development and responsible investment.

Hatim was educated in the United States and is a graduate of the University of Houston. Alongside his professional work, he has maintained a long-standing commitment to humanitarian and voluntary service, including leadership responsibilities with Kids for Kids in support of communities in Darfur.

Inspired by his family's heritage in agriculture and livestock, Abubakr spent his 12+ years career moving across private enterprise, public policy, international development, research, and community institutions, building agricultural businesses, reforming value chains, and designing market systems, public institutions, and investment models.

His development approach, akin to building playable games, brings different actors around shared challenges and facilitates creating the required incentives, rules, relationships, and practical mechanisms to allow participation of various actors. At SAS, this translates into enabling communities to identify, connect, and mobilize their assets, strengthening their ability to build livelihoods, mobilize investment, withstand shocks, and shape their own development.

Ahmed brings deep on-the-ground experience mobilizing local networks, executing logistics, and bridging digital tools with real-world implementation, a central part of the value he has delivered across ABC-Links' field operations. As a member of the Agribusiness Assembly, he is also a recognized figure in Sudan's youth development.

With a degree in Computer Science from Osmania University and nearly a decade of experience as a systems administrator, Ahmed blends technical systems thinking with operational agility. He brings a proven ability to coordinate field teams, troubleshoot logistical constraints, and uphold quality under complex and resource-constrained conditions, making him an indispensable bridge between design and delivery.

Beyond that reach, his track record includes executing multi-state financial inclusion and agricultural outreach platforms that have reached thousands of participants, blending technical precision, operational leadership, and grassroots mobilization.

At SAS, Amged works closely with leadership and operational teams to shape governance frameworks, design participatory engagement models, and forge strategic partnerships that empower communities to mobilize their local assets for long-term socio-economic resilience.

Alisa's career spans organizations at very different stages of development — from emerging businesses building their first people systems to large and complex enterprises undergoing restructuring, expansion, and organizational transformation. Her experience cuts across sectors including FMCG, food manufacturing, automotive, machinery, real estate, fintech, oil and gas, education, and agriculture.

Working across both multinational environments and resource-constrained SMEs has shaped a practical approach to organizational development: understanding how strategy, people, structures, incentives, and culture must work together for institutions to perform and grow. She has led work across workforce planning, organizational design, talent systems, compensation, employee engagement, restructuring, and business scaling.

At SAS, Alisa brings this perspective to the Foundation's governance and institutional development, contributing an understanding of human capital not simply as a staffing function, but as a core asset through which organizations and communities build capability, resilience, and long-term value.
